The Shadow Ridge development is located in Entiat, Washington on Highway 97A, between Wenatchee and Chelan. It has gorgeous views of Lake Entiat, beautiful fruit orchards, and the surrounding mountains. Shadow Ridge is a private community comprised of 29 lots. Entiat is a quaint town with an approximate population of 1,250 persons.
Shadow Ridge was established in 1997 and has grown through the years to what is now 17 single-family homes, and a few un-built lots. Shadow Ridge features waterfront access with a community clubhouse, pool, hot tub, large grassy area, and a boat dock with two boat buoys.
